"Special shoutout to Lupe on the service team. Most of the time when clients call in with billing questions, it’s an annoying conversation and emotions fly high. "I am updating my original review due to a very disappointing recent experience. I contacted the office last week and spoke with Matt Cole to update my policy and add a vehicle. About 10 minutes into the call, he abruptly rushed me off the phone and said he would call me back. I never received a call back—only a text—and since then, I have heard nothing further. This is extremely concerning because the vehicle that was removed from my policy is the one my son drives, and he currently cannot drive due to it not being insured. This is a serious matter. We are paying over $800 per month, and at this point the customer service is unacceptable. Because of the lack of follow-up and urgency, I am now in the process of searching for a new insurance company. I also want to add that I am a Franklin, TN native—born and raised—and I value professionalism and accountability, especially when it comes to something as important as insurance coverage for my family. Very disappointed in how this was handled. KUDOS TO MATT COLE He is AWESOME! HE explained everything in GREAT details. He didn't try to update. He was able to save me money on my Auto & z Homeowners.....I can proudly say I have STATEFARM....Thank You for everything!!!"
