"UPDATE 5/21/25 I DO NOT HAVE THE WRONG OFFICE. Nice try tho! I recently canceled State Farm due to the price increase. I switched to progressive who sent the cancel letter for me but the payment still came out of my account so I called they said I would get a refund and that was that. Today I get an email saying my refund is 21$ not the 160$ that got canceled before my policy renewed. They stated they didn't receive anything from progressive but I had a document from progressive on my phone proving that they did. The agent I talked to was so beyond rude. I unfortunately didn't hear his name, he was saying I didn't cancel until 7/2 which is false. It was canceled on 6/25 renew date 6/28. He asked who they sent it to of course I didn't know I didn't send the letter and he was like well not me bc I didn't get it and I replied I don't even know where you are and he raised his voice and was like exactly you don't even know. I said that's not my problem i did everything I was supposed to and he replied with well it's not my problem either. I asked to speak to the manager and he said he was it so I hung up the phone. I'm unsure what his problem was or having a bad day but that's not how you talk to people. Definitely would never come back to this office."

"My experience with Matt Cole and his team was incredibly frustrating. Despite repeatedly pointing out errors on my policy, they were consistently ignored. At one point, I had two cars listed under my name (I only own one), and my sister was incorrectly listed at my address — leading me to pay for her insurance and be penalized for a claim that wasn’t mine. My premium kept increasing without clear explanation, going from $133 to $328. By then, I’d lost all trust and didn’t want to deal with them any further to make the corrections. I’m glad many have not experienced what I’ve dealt with in the last couple of months. Thankfully, when I switched agents, my concerns were quickly identified and fixed. I’m relieved to finally be in good hands."
