Matt Cole Insurance Agency is growing and needs additional telemarketers. The ideal candidate will connect easily with people, be organized, and thrive in a high paced environment. The Telemarketer will be responsible for making outbound calls to generate quotes and follow-up on client focused campaigns. The right candidates can grow with us and have the opportunity for advancement.

Compensation

· $15 to $16 an hour

· Part-Time or Full-Time

Responsibilities

· Make outbound calls to prospects using lists provided by the agency.

· Build rapport with prospects and customers.

· Answer incoming calls with a warm and welcoming voice.

· Transfer calls to the sales and service team members.

· Follow-up at specific times as requested by prospects.

· Utilize scripts and processes for making calls and interacting with prospects and customers.

· Other duties as required.

Requirements

· Ability to build rapport, communicate effectively, and actively listen

· Experience using online applications, computers, and email

· Must be a team player, organized, and able to work independently

· Utilize agency technology for comments and notes

· Willingness to learn and possess a positive attitude

· Maintain confidentiality and privacy

Compensation $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
